Kissel jelly - cherry taste

Ingredients

Potato starch, acidity regulator: citric acid, cherry juice powder 0.5% (maltodextrin, cherry juice), red beet juice powder, color: anthocyanins, flavor agent, salt.

It can be served and hot, and cold.

Preparation

Pour 0.5 l of cold water into 1/2 cup, pour out the contents of the package and mix well.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar (about 40 g) to the remaining water and bring to a boil.

Add the powder mixture to boiling water, stirring constantly, cook for a while.

Pour the prepared jelly into bowls washed in advance with cold water and leave to harden.
