    Buckwheat flour is rich in potassium, phosphorus, iron, selenium, zinc, manganese and magnesium. It has also antioxidants, B vitamins, vitamin E and rutin.

    Wholegrain buckwheat flour is used for baking cookies, pancakes, muffins and other pastry. Since the product is not glutenous enough we recommend to mix it with other varieties of flour. Buckwheat flour is rich in potassium, phosphorus, iron, selenium, zinc, manganese and magnesium. This product does not contain gluten.
