Buckwheat semolina.

Breakfast in 10 minutes. It is a kind of groats made of buckwheat with the size of 300-800 md (the size of semolina). The product is intended for the whole family.

Way of cooking porridge: boil 500 ml of water or milk. Carefully pour 60-80 grams of buckwheat semolina. While cooking, mix the porridge regularly until it becomes thick. Add a pinch of salt, sugar to taste.
