Ingredients
Whole grain oatmeal, oat bran (18%).
Unique technology for the production of flakes, retains the beneficial properties of whole grains. Oats are rich in magnesium, potassium, silicon and phosphorus, and bran helps cleanse the body of toxins.
Preparation
Take 500 ml of water or milk, 200 ml of oatmeal with oat bran. Pour and stir the cereal in boiling water or milk. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring. Cover with a lid and let steep for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve with milk, fresh fruit or jam.

Product usage. (serves 2) 500ml water or milk, 200ml NORDIC oat flakes and oat bran.
1.Stir the flakes into the boiling water or milk.
2.Cook for 8-10 minutes and stir once in a while.
3.Add salt to taste. -
