Gluten free Granola with Honey and Nuts

Ingredients

Cereals 33 % [buckwheat flakes 50 %, millet extrudate 50 % (millet 31 %, corn meal, rice, cane sugar, salt)], sugar, rice flour, rapeseed oil, cornflakes (corn flour, salt), soya flour, rice extrudate (rice, cane sugar, salt), potato starch, grated coconut 3 %, hazelnuts 2,5 %, sliced almonds 1,8 %, blossom honey 1,5 %, puffed amaranth, flavouring, salt, antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, natural extract with high content of tocopherols).

Gluten free granola is delicious alternative to classic müsli from oat flakes. New recipe is based on millet, amaranth and buckwheat which makes a delicious taste in combination with nuts and blossom honey. This gluten free granola is with no palm oil.
