Buckwheat flakes.The unique technology for the production of buckwheat flakes without roasting allows you to save the beneficial properties of calibrated whole grains.
The product does not contain preservatives, fragrances and dyes.
Preparation
(serves 2) Take 500ml water or milk, 250ml NORDIC buckwheat flakes.
Stir the flakes into the boiling water or milk.
Cook for 3 minutes and stir once in a while.
