Porridge oats 500g

Ingredients

Wholegrain oat flakes.

The unique flake production technology allows you to preserve the beneficial properties of whole grains.

The grain is pre-steamed and rolled to a thickness of 0.35 mm, which allows you to get a homogeneous delicate structure of porridge and a creamy taste characteristic of oats grown in the north.

The product does not contain preservatives, fragrances and dyes.

Preparation

(serves 2). Take 500ml water or milk, 250ml NORDIC quick-cook porridge oats.

Stir the oats into the boiling water or milk.

Cook for 1 minute.

Cover with a lid and leave to stand for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.
