Ingredients

Wholegrain rye, wheat, barley and oat.

Cereal flakes 4 types of cereals - a delicious product for the whole family! The unique flake production technology allows you to preserve the beneficial properties of whole grains.

The product does not contain preservatives, fragrances and dyes.

Preparation

(serves 2). Take 500ml water or milk, 200ml NORDIC 4-cereal flakes.

Stir the flakes into the boiling water or milk.

Cook for 3 minutes and stir once in a while.

Cover with a lid and leave to stand for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.
