Ingredients
Oat bran.Thanks to a special production technology, oat bran contains beta-glucan - a soluble dietary fiber that normalizes cholesterol levels, also contains thiamine (Vitamin B1), magnesium, iron, zinc.
The high fiber content improves intestinal motility and digestion.
Bran is ready to eat, does not require additional heat treatment, it can be used as an additive in cereals, yogurt, kefir, salads, soups, baked goods. It can also be cooked like porridge.
Preparation
4 servings: take 500 ml water, 500 ml milk, 250 ml oat bran.
Add bran to boiling water or milk.
Cook slowly for 10 minutes, stirring.
Add salt to taste.
